Super Android #17
This guy comes from DBGT and was originally HFIL 17 who was created in the HFIL by Dr. Gero and Dr. Myu (who were sent to the HFIL because they were evil). He later fuses with the regular Android #17, then form Super Android #17. After doing this, Dr. Myu orders him to kill Vegeta but he only knocks him unconcious. Then when Gohan, Trunks and Goten arrive he also knocks them out when they try to attack him. Super Android #17 then blows up Dr.Gero because he's barking to many orders. Later he kills Dr. Myu in rebellion and then Goku finally kills him with a 10x Kamehameha that goes right through his chest in his Super Saiyan Level 4 state.

Super Android # 17's Family Tree
It started out with 17 and 18's mother and father, they had kids names unknown, Dr. Gero made the kids into cold-hearted androids. Dr. Myuu and Dr. Gero later create HFIL 17 who fuses with Android 17 and they make Super Android #17. 18's family branches out a bit more also, she marries Krillen and they have a daughter named Maron (she was named after Krillen's ex-girlfriend "Marron the Moron").
